One-Year International Warranty
Every KRONICS timepiece is covered against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid internationally and transferable only with the original certificate.

Movement & Case
The warranty covers the calibre, case construction, crown, and hands. Damage caused by impact, moisture ingress beyond the stated resistance, or unauthorised service is not covered.

Lifetime Servicing Covenant
Beyond the warranty period, every KRONICS owner is eligible for lifetime servicing at a preferential rate. We keep the original specifications on file so each service preserves the watch as intended.

How to Claim
Contact concierge@kronics.ng with your reference number and a description of the issue. You will receive return instructions within one business day. Do not attempt to open the case yourself.
