14-Day Return Window
You may return a KRONICS timepiece within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the watch is unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all certificates and tags attached.

Bespoke & Waitlist Orders
Bespoke commissions, engraved pieces, and waitlist allocations are made to order. These sales are final and not eligible for refund unless the piece arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect.

How to Return
Email concierge@kronics.ng with your order number to request a return authorisation. We will provide a prepaid, insured shipping label and instructions for secure repackaging.

Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned timepiece. The funds will be returned to the original payment method. Shipping insurance is covered by KRONICS for all returns.
